Payment and invoices

VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are accepted. Cards and PayPal renew automatically; Alipay and WeChat Pay need a manual renewal before expiry, and USDT is a one-off payment.

Invoices and receipts are listed under Orders in your account. Changing the payment method leaves the current period untouched and applies from the next cycle. A failed charge is retried twice within three days, with an email each time.

Upgrading to annual or team billing credits the unused days against the new price, so nothing is charged twice. The details sit in the terms of service.

Subscription and payment questions

Is there a trial?
There is no separate free trial, but a monthly subscription can be refunded within 30 days, which works as a low-risk trial.
Does upgrading cost extra?
No. Unused days become a credit and you pay only the difference.
How do I stop automatic renewal?
Turn the renewal switch off in subscription settings; service continues to the end of the paid period.
What is the minimum team size?
Team licences start at five seats and can grow as needed. Seats are transferable between members.
