Last updated 29 September 2026. This policy explains what QuickQ collects, how the information is used and which rights you can exercise.
To run a subscription we store your registration email, the transaction reference returned by the payment provider, and your device type and client version. That data identifies the account, settles billing and helps with compatibility questions.
We do not record the addresses you visit, DNS queries or payload content, and we keep no timestamps tied to them. Aggregate metrics such as node load and packet loss are not linked to an individual account.
Collected data is used only to verify subscription status and device count, process payments and refunds, answer support requests, send security notices and improve client stability. It is never used for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell or rent user information. Data is shared only where necessary: payment providers settling a transaction, an email provider delivering notices, and cases where the law clearly requires it. Every partner is bound by contract to the agreed purpose.
Account records sit in an encrypted database with access limited to the roles that need it and an audit trail retained. Traffic is protected with 256-bit AES. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires; everything else is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
You may review and correct account details, export stored data, or ask for closure at any time. Withdrawing consent stops the related processing, which may limit the service. Requests go through support and are answered within 30 days.
The site uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in and remember a language choice. No third-party advertising trackers are loaded. Clearing them in your browser is fine, though you will need to sign in again.
The service is not directed at children under 14. Accounts identified as belonging to them are deleted after verification.
Updates change the date at the top of this page, and material changes are announced by email or in the client beforehand. Continued use means you accept the revised policy.
